Ben Koehler The B side from Towns EP is as mesmerizing as the other songs from Hunting Stories. Beautiful harmonies and haunting lyrics, The Tempest is another masterpiece by Hunting Stories. I am even more convinced that we will be hearing more great music from his group in time to come!

about

A previously unreleased B side from our EP "Towns."

Lyrics

I can’t explain, no, I can’t explain
I lost my words when I saw your face
All my head's a sinking ship
But I can’t look/turn away

Give me your darkness, give me your song
And I will hold stronger, I will hold on
Hopelessly lost, I'll sail along
I can’t explain, no, I can’t explain

Maybe I’m wrong and all of my life the hurt,
The lies are worth falling in love
Maybe I’m right and love is a wave that
Pulls you in and leaves you lost at sea

And we fall under the surface

Oh let me be, oh, please let me be
The song in your ear, the words that you speak
When you are alone searching for sleep
Oh let me be, oh, please let me be

Maybe I’m wrong and all of my life the hurt,
The lies are worth falling in love
Maybe I’m right and love is a wave that
Pulls you in and leaves you lost at sea

And we fall under the surface

We fall under the surface
We fall under the surface
We fall under

about

Hunting Stories New York

Hunting Stories is comprised of brothers Rafael and Jose
Sanchez and Didrik Soderstrom.

Their debut EP, “Towns” is an uproar of folk inspired indie rock. Banjos and violins help narrate exposed, heartfelt
lyrics focused on friendship, love gone awry and finding
home. The three sing simultaneously, their sound rooted in upbeat, harmonious blue grass set to the rhythm of a raucous
kick drum.
